We had a fantastic stay at Opera 19 Luxury. the apartment is newly renovated and beautifully furnished. Carlos and Lara went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in, even accommodating our late arrival. the location is unbeatable, right next to the breathtaking Cathedral. the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and Laura provided us with great recommendations for exploring the city.

We would definitely choose to stay here again, especially for families. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

everything here was perfect; would come here again. had comfortable stay for 7 nights and received ironing for free, a nice bonus. it was protected with smoke detectors. location was marvellous, minutes from full up.

But hey, the location was great, the apartment was stunning, and Laura was a gem! Who needs sleep anyway? *insert eye roll*

Oh, just loved being woken up every night by the soothing sounds of a nearby private nightclub. It's like a lullaby, except it never stops!

The Opera 19 Luxury is spotlessly clean and tidy - with lovely furnishings and large bedrooms. It's located in the heart of the city - just minutes away from all the attractions. The check-in process with Laura was quick - easy, and very informative. We felt well taken care of and knew we could contact her if needed.

clean and modern apartment - walking distance to everything. loved having a washing machine and dryer. Laura - our host - was superb. got a great orientation of the town and its attractions. the apartment was ideally located - close to the Duomo. coffee and water supplied by the host. beds were comfortable and showers worked.

The location was bangin', right in the heart of Florence with all the cool shops and cafes within walking distance. We even took a day trip to Chianti and checked out this sick winery, it was lit! The apartment itself was hella clean and had all the dope amenities we needed. We had a blast, definitely coming back!

The only thing that could've made our stay better was if the apartment had a party room or a chill hangout spot for young people like us. It would've been dope to have a place to pregame before hitting the Florence nightlife.

Felt completely happy, nothing to complain about

The apartment had wooden floors, which gave it a warm and cozy atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a magical forest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Checkout time was early.

loved the beautiful, new and well equipped apartment near the main center. Carlo and Laura were incredibly helpful and attentive. Spotlessly clean and tidy, with large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Definitely staying here if we visit Florence again!

No paper towel rolls in kitchen.

Despite the horrible sleepless nights, there were a few positive aspects of our stay. the location was great, very convenient. the apartment was very clean, which was a plus. And lastly, Laura, the person who gave us the keys, was extremely helpful. She was kind and provided us with all the necessary information.

The noise at night was unbearable. We couldn't sleep a wink during the three nights we stayed.
